Kristin Rigg (she/her) has been the Executive Director of the Living at Home Network since 2023.

Kristin has more than 20 years of nonprofit experience, serving organizations both small and large as consultant, board member, volunteer, and development director, with a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Hamline University. Her work in support of older adults includes the Alzheimer’s Association and the Episcopal Homes Foundation. Her approach to the work is to marry her passion for the mission with her drive to deliver quality services effectively and efficiently. Scalability is always in the cards as she seeks out collaborators and partners to identify win-win strategies.

Additionally, she has been a caregiver and navigated the support systems for older adults and their caregivers. She brings this lived experience to the work, often using her caregiver lens to develop Network resources and programming.
